GUJCET 2024 Result
The Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) result 2024 is expected to be released by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) soon. As per media reports, the scorecards could be out today, May 2. The GUJCET result 2024 can be accessed via the official website, gsebservice.com.
The state-level entrance test was held on March 31. Roughly 1.35 lakh candidates took the GUJCET 2024. Those who pass the GUJCET 2024 will be qualified to enroll in a range of engineering and pharmacy degree and diploma courses provided by institutions throughout Gujarat. Qualified candidates will receive information about counselling rounds and be required to pay admission fees in order to secure their seats.

GUJCET RESULT 2024: PASSING MARKS, TIE-BREAKER RULE
Students who belong to the unreserved category must obtain an overall score of 45 per cent marks to qualify. Applicants from the scheduled castes (SC), scheduled tribes (ST), and other backward classes (OBC) must score 40 per cent marks to be declared pass. In the case of a tie, the student who scored higher in mathematics and physics exams will be ranked higher. If the tie holds, students who scored higher in mathematics and chemistry will be given a higher rank.
The GUJCET 2024 exam had two question papers. Physics and Chemistry will be incorporated into a single paper worth 80 marks with 80 questions to be solved in two hours. The second paper will consist of 40 questions from Mathematics and Biology, worth 40 marks. Candidates will be given 60 minutes to complete the second question paper. The exam paper will be offered in several languages, including Gujarati, Hindi, and English. It is required that students indicate their preferred language on the application form.
The GUJCET 2024 final answer key was previously released on April 9 and can be downloaded by students from the official website. The preliminary answer key for 2024 was released on April 3 and Candidates were given time until April 6 to raise objections to the GUJCET 2024 answer key.
