Jennifer Garner is a  trained ballerina and studied  ballet for several years  before pursuing acting. 

Garner was a member of  Pi Beta Phi sorority  during her time at  Denison University. 

Garner played the  saxophone in her  high school  marching band.

Garner is an accomplished  cook and has completed  a pastry chef course at a  culinary school in Los Angeles. 

Garner is fluent in French  and has studied the  language since  she was a child. 

Garner is a licensed pilot  and has been flying  small planes  since 2013. 

Garner is a big fan of  the Harry Potter books  and has read them all  multiple times. 

Garner is an ambassador  for the non-profit  organization,  Save the Children. 

Garner has been a vocal  advocate for breastfeeding  and has spoken publicly about  her own experiences with it. 

Garner was a band geek in  high school and played  the saxophone in the  marching band.
