SSC JE Recruitment 2024
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) released the official notification as well as started the online registration process for the Junior Engineer (JE) (civil, mechanical, and electrical) Examination 2024. Candidates can now apply for the SSC JE 2024 recruitment exam by visiting the official website of SSC at ssc.nic.in. The last date to apply is April 18 till 11 pm. The last date to pay online fees is April 19. The application correction window will remain open on April 22 and 23.
Through this recruitment drive, the commission will fill up a total of 968 junior engineers for electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and civil engineering in several departments of central government such as MES, BRO, CPWD, NTRO, and others. The Paper 1 exam will be held from June 4 to 6. Those who manage to clear the paper 1 exam will next have to appear for the paper 2 exams, the dates of which will be announced later. Selected candidates will get a salary between Rs 35,400 to Rs 1,12,400.

Step 4: Once the registration process is done, log in again.
Step 5: Then fill out the application form and pay the required fee.

SSC JE RECRUITMENT 2024: APPLICATION FEE
Candidates applying for the JE (civil, mechanical, and electrical) examination 2024 need to pay an examination fee of Rs 100. Whereas, aspirants belonging to Scheduled Tribes (ST), Scheduled Castes (SC), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), women candidates, and ex-servicemen eligible for reservation have been exempted from paying the fee.
