SBI PO Final Results

The State Bank of India (SBI) has released the final result of the Probationary Officer (PO) exam 2023. The bank has released the roll numbers of the candidates, who have been provisionally selected as PO, on the official website at The SBI recruitment drive aims to fill 2,000 Probationary Officer positions across its departments.

The SBI PO prelims exam 2023 test was held on November 1, 4, and 6. It comprised 100 mark objective questions. The exam was administered online using a computer-based testing system. Those who cleared the prelims exam were next called for the main exam.

The PO mains exam was held on December 5 and consisted of objective exams for 200 marks and descriptive questions worth 50 marks. Following the completion of the objective test, the descriptive test was given, and applicants were required to input their responses into a computer. The objective test lasted for three hours and consisted of four sections. It had separate timing for every section. Candidates were required to qualify in each of the sections by securing the passing marks stated by SBI. The descriptive test of the main exam was held for 30 minutes and consisted of 50 marks. It was a test of English Language (Letter Writing and Essay). For every wrong answer, one-fourth of the marks were deducted.

The last stage of the PO recruiting exam included a psychometric test, a group exercise, and an interview. The psychometric tests were held on January 16, and group exercises and personal interviews (at LHO facilities) on January 21. The final result has been released following the conclusion of the psychometric test and group exercise.
