Mansha Pasha wants artists to respect each other | The Express Tribune

Even though we’re just three months into 2023, the entertainment fraternity has already been muddled with several controversies, with actors being mocked on talk shows, that consequently give birth to multiple needless controversies.

Mansha Pasha, taking notice of this ongoing pattern, took to social media with a piece of advice for her colleagues.

“Dear Pakistani artists, cricketers, hosts, etc,” she wrote in an Instagram Story. “If you want the world to respect you, your work and your country, first learn to respect one another.” Pasha further added, “Take it easy on each other for God’s sake!”

In a separate Instagram Story, the Koyal star pleaded with her fellows to stop pulling each other down. “Stop demeaning and belittling one another. Diminishing another’s contribution will not make you any greater,” she asserted.

Most recently, actor Mohib Mirza and cricket legend Younis Khan locked horns on a local talk show, which propelled into a war of words. While the duo concluded the ongoing spat in good spirits, many were left baffled over their argument.

Last month, Pasha’s Khudgarz co-star Sami Khan was given a dressing down on a local talk show with supposedly “funny” questions that insinuated he’s had an unsuccessful career. After a clip of the interaction surfaced online, several actors came to his defence, including Ayesha Omar, Muneeb Butt, Armeena Khan, and Ghana Ali.

Although the Tinkay Ka Sahara actor later urged his followers to leave the matter alone, the conversation surrounding respect and the ongoing hostility among the entertainment fraternity continues.
