JEE Main 2024 Session 2
The JEE Main 2024 session 2 exam city intimation slip has been released by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The exam city slip is now available on the official website at jeemain.nta.ac.in. Through this, candidates will be notified about their exam centres. Candidates will need their application number, date of birth, and course name to be able to access the exam city slip.
The exam is slated to be held between April 4 to 15. Around 12 lakhs have registered for the second session of the engineering entrance exam. It exam will be conducted in two shifts. The first shift exam will be held from 9 am to noon. Whereas, the second shift examination will be conducted between 3 pm to 6 pm. NTA will issue the admit cards three days before the exams.
JEE MAIN 2024 SESSION 2 EXAM CITY SLIP: HOW TO DOWNLOAD
Step 1: Go to jeemain.nta.ac.in, the official JEE Main website.
Step 2: Select the ‘Download JEE Main City Slip’ link that is prominently displayed on the homepage.
Step 3: Fill out the necessary information, which includes your date of birth, JEE Main 2024 application number, and the captcha code that appears on the screen. Hit “Submit.”
Step 4: The JEE Main BE, BTech city intimation slip will be accessible after a successful login.
Step 5: Download and save a printed copy of the BE, BTech city intimation slip for your records.
It is necessary to pass the JEE Main exam for admission to engineering institutes like IIIT, NIT, etc. This year, more than 11 lakh students applied for the session 1 examination, which was conducted between January 24 and February 1. A total of 23 students have secured 100 percentile this year. The highest number of 100 percentile scorers is from Telangana followed by Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Andhra Pradesh.
NTA scores are normalised scores across multi-session papers and are based on the relative performance of all those who appeared for the examination in one session. The marks obtained are converted into a scale ranging from 100 to 0 for each session of examinees. NTA score is not the same as the percentage of marks obtained.
