HPCET 2024 Counselling Schedule
The Himachal Pradesh Technical University (HPTU) has released the counselling schedule for the Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test (HPCET) 2024. Students who have qualified for the entrance exam can now download the HPCET 2024 counselling schedule from the official website at himtu.ac.in.
According to the official timetable, offline counselling for HPCET 2024 based on the HPCET scores will take place on July 27. The first round of HPCET 2024 counselling, based on JEE Main scores, is scheduled for Thursday, July 25, and will continue until Monday, July 29. The list of the vacant seats will be released on July 30, (5 PM).
It is important to note that the HPCET 2024 counselling sessions will take place at the HPTU campus in Daruhi, Hamirpur, and will be based on the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main and HPCET results 2024, with extra sessions based on Class 12 marks, only if seats are available. The counselling schedule is for students, who are seeking admissions for BTech academic session 2024 – 2025.

Step 1: Go to the official website of HPTU at himtu.ac.in
Step 2: On the homepage look for and click on the ‘Counselling Schedule 2024 (offline mode) for B.Tech (Direct Entry)’ link.
Step 3: A detailed pdf counselling schedule will appear on the screen.
Step 4: Check and download the counselling schedule for future reference.
HPCET 2024 COUNSELLING SCHEDULE: LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
- Matriculation/Higher Secondary Part-I/Indian School Certificates (Class 10 and 12) – containing date of birth
- Passing certificate of qualifying examination
- Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended
- Marks-sheet issued by the Board/University.
- JEE Main 2024 Scorecard or Result
- Reserved Category Certificate (if necessary)
- Physically Challenged Certificate (if required)
- Income Certificate (only if applied under Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme)
- Bonafide/Domicile Certificate by Sub-Divisional Magistrate/Executive Magistrate (if applicable)
- Bonafide/domicile Certificate given by the concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate Executive Magistrate (candidates of Himachal Pradesh)
- A Domicile Certificate by Kashmiri Migrants
- Medical Fitness Certificate for Yoga Students.
Candidates should keep in mind that they must carry all their original documents, as well as a set of self-attested copies, to the centralised counselling sessions. The list of vacant seats will be announced on July 29 (5 PM).
