Harrison Ford, who is well-known for playing Indiana Jones in the Indiana Jones movie series, is preparing for his final appearance in the eagerly awaited fifth show, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny.
The actor announced the news of his appearing in the fifth installment of the franchise during a presentation at the D23 Expo, reports Fox News.
Expressing gratitude towards fans for helping him in making the character of Indiana Jones so special, he said, “I will not fall for you again. This is it.”
With teary eyes he said, “Indiana Jones movies are special as they are about mystery and fantasy but also heart.”
‘We have a movie that’ll kick you a** but also a human story to tell.’
The previous four installments of Indiana Jones are Raiders of the Lost Arcs – 1981, Temple of Dom – 1984, Last Crusade – 1989, Kingdom of the Crystal Skull – 2008, and the fifth installment of the franchise Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny premiered last Friday.
The plot of the movie revolves around Indiana Jones connecting with his goddaughter.
Expressing his opinion about the script, Ford in conversation with Vanity Fair said that the cuts from different time periods in the movie were his favorite thing done in the movie.
“I think it’s a great sequence in a damn good movie,” Ford expressed.
