CCMT Special Round Counselling
The Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology (SVNIT), Surat, has announced the tentative counselling schedule for the Centralised Counselling for MTech special rounds (CCMT) 2024.
According to the schedule, the vacant seats will be declared at the CCMT web portal on July 12, 2024. Once the vacant seat lists are issued, candidates can register for the CCMT 2024 special round by visiting the official website at ccmt.admissions.nic.in. The online registration for the CCMT 2024 special round will commence on July 12.
The last date for registering online and paying fees for the CCMT 2024 special round is July 16. Furthermore, the deadline for resolving any CCMT 2024 special round fee payment or registration issues is July 18. Additionally, the last date for students to complete the online choice filling and locking of seats is July 18, 2024, up to 5:30 pm.
If students do not lock their choices before the deadline, the system will lock their last saved preferences at the same time and date. The CCMT 2024 special Round 1 seat allocation result will be declared on July 20. To access the CCMT seat allotment result, candidates will have to enter the GATE registration ID and password.
Meanwhile, the deadline for uploading the documents and indicating willingness for the CCMT 2024 special round 1 is July 24.

- Provisional CCMT 2024 seat allotment letter.
- Proof of seat acceptance fee payment receipt.
- GATE score card (self-attested copy).
- A valid photo ID proof.
- Class 10 certificate or birth certificate.
- Class 12 mark sheet as well as qualifying exam mark sheet (for all semesters).
- Migration certificate.
- 3 coloured passport-size photos.
- Transfer, Course Completion, and Conduct certificate.
- Degree or Provisional certificate.
- Category certificate (if required).
